Tampon ads are stupid, except this one

Is it possible?!  Did a tampon company really make an ad that makes fun on the ridiculousness of tampon ads and their dancing and spinning and white dresses?  YES!

As someone who really thinks we all need to get over it and deal with the fact that women *gasp* have menstrual cycles and this is totally normal and not something that we need to “protect” the rest of the world from, this commercial makes me very very very happy.  I’m going to stop there before this turns into a crazed rant about women’s issues.  Where’s my chocolate?

All Time Best Commercials Ever: 2

Like the Cadbury Glass and a Half Full ads, you can’t even quite explain why this is so charming.  But it has to be said, three months after returning to the States, I still think American TV is a worse place without it.  

Believe in good marketing

I’ll admit, when I first saw this ad, I had no idea what the hell Viva Piñata was (thank you Wikipedia for answering my questions as I obviously need to spend more time perusing the Xbox games at my local Best Buy when I’m in the States). However, if you’re a Halo fanatic, or are close to someone who is, or just watch a lot of commercials and know about the Halo 3 ‘Believe’ ad, you’ll probably appreciate this Viva Piñata ‘Believe’ ad. Hell, kind of makes me want to go buy the game even though I have absolutely no interest in it.
